Questions before you begin?
Get clear answers at every step.
A few things to know before you take your first step.
How does an Extension Course work?
Choose a course, enroll online and obtain the corresponding book or lecture series. Work through each lesson in sequence and submit your answers online for review; the Course Supervisor reviews every lesson and helps you continue through the course.
Will a Course Supervisor personally review my lessons?
Yes. The Course Supervisor reads your submitted answers and provides individual feedback on every lesson. You can also message the Course Supervisor directly whenever you need guidance.
What materials do I need for my course?
The required book or lecture series is separate unless the course listing says otherwise. If you already own the correct materials, you do not need to buy them again; otherwise, you can add them to the same shopping cart when you enroll.
Can I take an Extension Course if I don’t live in Puerto Rico?
Yes. You can enroll and study online from Puerto Rico or anywhere else in the world, with personal supervision wherever you live. Physical books, lecture materials and course packs can also be shipped internationally.
