This includes contact details, account preferences, course selections, lesson answers and drafts, uploaded work, messages, progress, certificates, and transaction records. Lesson drafts may be saved before you submit them.

We use this information to administer your account and courses, supervise your studies, respond to requests, process payments, and maintain Church records. Technical information about your browser, device, and use of the site helps us protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and measure performance.

The Church keeps your study and payment histories confidential. Authorized Church personnel and service providers have access as needed to administer and support the program. Providers assist with hosting, account services, email, security, and payment processing; information may be processed in the United States or other locations where those services operate. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your answers, uploaded work, and communications are confidential. We do not publish or share your success story without your specific authorization.

Card details are entered directly into the payment processor’s secure fields, transmitted using encryption, and handled by the processor. This website does not retain your card number, security code, or expiration date.

The Church retains a confidential payment history, including the amount, date, payment status, and transaction reference. These records are separate from your card details.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language, continue registration or checkout, and preserve work in progress. You can restrict or clear this storage in your browser, but some features may stop working and unsent drafts may be lost.

We also measure website loading and responsiveness. We do not use advertising pixels on this site. Payment and security providers may collect technical information to process payments and prevent fraud under their own privacy practices. This website does not currently change its operation in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

The Church may contact you about your studies and Church services and activities. To request a change in communications, call or email the Church using the details below. You may also use an unsubscribe link where provided. Messages needed to administer an active account, course, or transaction may continue.

The Church retains study and payment histories confidentially as part of its records. Closing an account does not automatically erase these histories. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We review requests according to applicable law and the records involved, and may need to verify your identity.

This notice describes this website and its Extension Course program. Other Church websites and services may have their own privacy notices. We will post changes here with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
